Shipping Policy

Delivery Times

We ship all orders from our UK warehouse within 24–48 hours of placement. Orders placed before 13:00 GMT on weekdays ship the same day.

UK Delivery

• DPD Delivery (1–2 days) — £5.50 or free over £80
• Royal Mail Tracked (2–3 days) — £3.99 or free over £80

International Delivery

• Europe (Tracked 4–6 days) — £12.50
• Rest of World (Tracked 4–8 days) — £12.50

Free Delivery

Enjoy free UK delivery on all orders over £80. International orders qualify for free delivery over £150.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package in real-time through the carrier's website.

Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes. These are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping costs.

Returns Policy

30-Day Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy on all items. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund or exchange.

How to Return

1. Contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@deru.com
2. Include your order number and reason for return
3. We'll provide a prepaid return label
4. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
5. Ship the package back to us

Return Conditions

• Items must be unworn and in original condition
• Original tags must be attached
• Items must be returned in original packaging
• Shoes must be returned in the original box

Non-Returnable Items

• Custom or personalized items
• Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear
• Items purchased on sale or during promotional periods (some restrictions may apply)

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective.

We offer exchanges for different sizes or colors. Simply follow the return process above and specify your exchange preferences in your email.
